For his Muse collection, he sculpts and throws the models for his Muse pottery and then substitutes his signature geometric relief patterns with body parts—faces, breasts and lips—to create a surreal style. Each piece pays homage to the muses of famous artists.

Inspired by Dora Maar – the French photographer, poet and painter, who was known as Pablo Picasso’s lover and muse, Jonathan Adler has created the Muse Bowl. A hand-sculpted homage to flawless features, the Muse Bowl is made from high-fired matte porcelain with an electroplated gold interior.
